In this beautiful cottage, you'll find high ceilings and light-filled spaces with lots of windows. Gas fireplace, a gourmet kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 large full baths, and beautiful patios and gardens.

There are 2 master bedrooms both with king-sized beds with luxury linens. There's an office with a desk, monitor, and a very comfortable twin-sized daybed (with trundle). In all of the rooms, there are glass patio doors leading out to cozy patio areas for relaxation. There's a full bathroom with a bathtub and walk-in shower located off the main hall. The lower bathroom has 2 sinks and a huge walk-in shower.

The kitchen contains a stainless fridge, Thermador range/oven with 4-burner gas stovetop, dishwasher, sink, coffee maker, Keurig, tea kettle, microwave, Cuisinart Airfryer, and toaster. There are dishware, glassware, kitchen utensils, and pots/pans for all your cooking needs.

GUEST ACCESS
The home is completely private and quiet. The back and side yards are secluded from other properties due to high fences, shrubs, and trees. You'll be delighted with its coziness and serenity.

You'll have use of our washer/dryer. We provide Comcast/Xfinity's highest-speed internet and a Smart TV in the living room with Roku control. You can log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO Max, Disney+, etc.

The main area has a cozy gas fireplace that you can turn on with a quick switch. Please be sure to turn off the fireplace when not in use.

You'll find a beach bag filled with towels and a beach blanket for fun at the beach. There are also sand toys, drink/wine coolers, beach chairs, and even a mini table for that perfect beach picnic set-up.

You can park one car in the driveway, and any other cars in the street parking.

For stays of 21-days or more, utility charges equal to $250 will be applied and added for any additional 30-day period(s) after 30-days.

Carmel addresses are quirky and do not have normal street numbers. Houses and businesses located within Carmel-by-the-Sea's actual boundaries cannot be mapped on any GPS system because of Carmel's unique address system. Once you book your visit with us, we will send you our address and directions to our home which will include a nearby location that you will be able to map on GPS so that you can use that to find your way.
