Coming from Europe, we love the US service, amazing people! So we were looking extremely much forward . The reception at check in, restaurant breakfast service and the valet parking team really need to go on a group trainkgnin being nice and friend. Not to turn around in the middle of a conversation, not to raise their voice, just to act like normal people. No need for all this negative attitude. The manager who we didn't see should look into this, as the property will loose it's star's and clients like that.
Mercedes has a partnership with the hotel to promote their cars ,which is a shame as all the lack of the cars is damaged and the rise service on top is not what they should associate with their brand. (Image attached)
My recommendation, go for dinner to the property, or a wine tasting but not for a relaxing quality stay. It is not a 5 star worth.
