- Equipped open-plan kitchen opening onto lounge/dining room: fridge with freezer compartment, 4-ring glass hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster

- Lounge/Dining room: sofa, coffee table, TV unit, TV, table and chairs. French windows opening onto terrace with sea view equipped with outdoor furniture.

- Bedroom 1: 2 single beds (90cm), which can be pushed together to form 1 double bed (180cm), bedside tables, lamp, storage. Window opening onto terrace with sea view.

- Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (90cm) in bunk configuration, storage.

- Bathroom: bath, single basin sink, washing machine, towel rail. Separate WC.



Maximum 4 people. Electric heating.

Secure parking and private garage. Pets allowed (+£25)



Arrival: 4pm-6pm Please notify us in case of late arrival.

Deposit: €400 to be paid on site.

Charges: electricity included from mid-May to early October, meter reading outside this period.

Tourist tax: to be paid on site

Pet: allowed (€25 supplement)

Linen not provided: rental available for an additional fee.

End of stay cleaning: to be done yourself or flat rate available for an additional fee.
