'The room was very well appointed with ornate, high quality furniture generating a comfortable and unique experience. Kev and Maria were very welcoming in making us feel like our stay was a home from home.'

'Really enjoyed 2 nights at this property. Our room was clean and comfortable with a view over the peaceful countryside. Although not large we had what we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful adding to the cosy atmosphere in the bar/lounge/dining areas. Breakfast was more than adequate and would recommend the restaurant meals.'

'What a beautifull and very cosey hotel with lovely staf members. We loved our big family room with sea view. We loved the bar and the diner and breakfast. All served nu lovely people. We made some walks in the Lake District. Most beautifull and sometimes challeging. Thanks for everything. '

'Accommodation was average but the cleanliness let it down. The bedding was clean and fresh but we had old tea spashes on the unit and also someone's old toilet usage was still stick to the pan. "Wasn't the nicest thing to have to clean when I've paid to stay at a hotel" overall would I stay again. Yes I probably would as it may have been a one off... Some of the furniture and decor had seen better days too '

'The staff were attentive to our needs. We ate there on the second night of our stay. They food was lovely and hot when served. We did not wait for too long from ordering to getting our food. There were limitations on what we could have both on the food and drink side due to delivery issues. My and I were are aware that there was music being played when we went to bed, but I did not really interfere with us getting to sleep. Eat plugs were provided which my wife used. The pay and display car park...
