** VOOR 2019: nieuwe vinyl-plankenvloeren overal en verse verf. ** Welkom bij de thuiskomst van mijn familie weg van huis! Deze 1e verdieping (het minste aantal trappen), ruime twee slaapkamers, twee badkamers appartement beschikt over 4 sliders (2 met uitzicht op de oceaan en 1 in elke slaapkamer) die veel NATUURLIJK licht binnenlaten! Goed opgevoede, verzorgde huisdieren zijn welkom (tegen betaling) en RELAXATION is verplicht!

De grote slaapkamer heeft een eigen badkamer met een inloopdouche, een queensize bed en een balkon. De tweede slaapkamer heeft twee eenpersoonsbedden en een balkon. De tweede complete badkamer heeft een bad met douche. De volledige keuken is voorzien van roestvrijstalen apparatuur en alle accessoires. De wasmachine en droger bevinden zich naast de keuken. Uit de keuken is een grote eettafel met 6 zitplaatsen. OVERVLOED ruimte om te zitten, te eten en TE ONTSPANNEN! De woonkamer biedt plaats aan 5 personen en de bank kan worden uitgeklapt tot een queensize bed. Het OCEANFRONT-balkon is RUIM met een bar-tafel en vier stoelen. Je kunt mensen kijken en de golven vanaf het balkon het zand zien raken.

Er is een 40-inch hdtv met een dvd-speler in de woonkamer, een 28-inch hdtv in de slaapkamer en een tv met dvd-speler in de tweede slaapkamer. Elke tv is verbonden met een kabel. Het huis heeft draadloos internet, GRATIS WIFI. RUIME parkeergelegenheid voor twee voertuigen. Een plek is bedekt en direct onder de flat. Breng uw eigen lakens, beddengoed en handdoeken mee. Honden zijn de hele dag welkom, ten noorden van de pier, elke dag. Tijdens het hoogseizoen zijn honden vóór 9.00 uur en na 17.00 uur op het strand in de voorkant van de flat welkom.

De North Beach Pier van North Carolina bevindt zich op minder dan 3 stratenblokken afstand en beschikt over de High Tide Lounge Bar / Pub. Gelegen boven de pier, kunnen strandgangers hun voertuigen recht op het zand rijden en huisdieren zijn welkom HET HELE JAAR DOOR.

Ook niet ver weg is de Boardwalk (restaurants, winkels, attracties, games en pier) met de EXTREEM POPULAIRE Britt's Donuts! ** NOM NOM NOM **

Tarieven kunnen worden gewijzigd tot de reservering is bevestigd. Houd er rekening mee dat VRBO u servicekosten in rekening brengt en ik kan deze niet verwijderen. Nice place and awesome location!

The condo was perfect for what we needed and the beach is very clean and beautiful. We loved being close to the carnival (expensive but a great time) and there are plenty of nearby restaurants and shops.

Breath Taking Sunrises

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The property was clean and well furnished. There was plenty of room to lay out XL. Dog beds for our fur babies too. Everything we or could have wanted was within walking distance or a 5 minute drive. We suggest having dinner at Michael’s and Flaming Amy’s. The sunrises are worth getting up early for. The balcony has the perfect view to sit back and enjoy the morning. The beach and restaurants was surprisingly dog friendly.

Perfect for Pups

The condo is just as the photos showed. It is very clean and perfect for a small family to enjoy the beach. The property manager did a great job communicating and we were well prepared for our stay! Our 2 doodles loved people watching on the ocean side balcony. We will return soon!

Weekend getaway

We checked in on a Friday afternoon with no problem at all! The place was clean and quaint! We came with our dog and we could tell right away it was a dog friendly neighborhood which we were happy about! The bed was comfy and the living room was cozy as well with the balcony right off it. The kitchen was fully stocked and then some which was so convenient! Tim’s recommendations were spot on and made for a great trip for us even though it was short! Would definitely stay here if we visit again!

My family and I decided to get out of town together for Thanksgiving. The unit was very close quarters, which was not the way it was advertised. Previous people had stated kitchen was small but honestly overall the entire condo was very tight. Also stated in the reservation was a checklist of things to get done before departure, and the cleaning staff does a supposed great job and were the deciding factor on any extra fees that you would be charged. What we found just in kithen cabinets and the dishes, or cookware was dirty. In the back bedroom the box fan that was provided was so dusty it stirred up a small dust cloud.Before getting there the property manager was very responsive and fast with answers. Once we arrived I had messaged about the beach access because there were signs and a chain across the access point, he responded back the day we departed. The one thing we all liked about the place was the oceanfront balcony which was a great size to accommodate a family unlike the unit inside. The oceanfront part should have stated that it was limited because view was mostly blocked by sand dunes. Not to mention the floor had 2 very noticable sunk in soft spots, with several water spots in the ceiling. I love the beach and would not complain but i felt all these issues should be addressed. My suggestion would be fix the places in floor and ceiling, and follow up with your cleaning staff. Until anin.thesyodreaclees.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was Great that we were allowed to bring out dogs. The condo was clean and convenient to stores, shops etc. The price was more than reasonable. The host was very nice and quick to answer any questions..I will be returning.

We absolutely loved the location. The place was very clean. The beds were comfortable and it was well decorated. The only recommendation I have is I would update the listing to state what type of coffee maker there is so people know what to buy in advance. We weren’t sure if we should bring pods or regular ground coffee.

We love this place!

This is our second time staying here. Tim is great to deal with and the condo is perfect for our little family. We like to stay towards Freeman Park which makes this location ideal. The only complaint is we had to leave.

Great location!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The location and beach access made the trip! The condo had enough space for our family. The only negatives things were the noisy tenants above us and not being able to adjust the thermostat. Using the kitchen a lot made it even hotter in the house. The porch could use some updates but the condo itself was nicely done. The mattresses were fantastic!

Four Winds Condo

We were ocean front with a beautiful view. The condo was clean and neat with a lot of care taken to the upgrades. However, the floors sloped in places and had some soft spots. The kitchen is extremely small. Also, the owner requested not to turn the air conditioning down any lower than 72° and it was a bit warm making sleeping uncomfortable. I think some work on the compressor is needed.

A wonderful place to stay on the beach...

If you are looking for a clean, spacious condo as close to the ocean that will accept dogs, this is the condo for you. We sat on the balcony to look at the ocean versus the beach just because it was that close. The condo was very comfortable without being so luxurious that you were afraid to sit on the furniture. The owner, Tim Byrd, was very responsive to any question I had, both before arriving and once we were there. It was fairly centrally located to most of the attractions, grocery stores, restaurants, and there was a dog park within 2 miles. The only possible downside was that all of the railings, on the street side of the 16 unit condo building were being replaced. This meant that there were construction workers there almost everyday. They were courteous but their coming and going in the parking lot caused our dogs to bark. Other dogs were also barking and ours did quiet down when told to. This is required for the safety of the building, but there was some hammering, etc. I would highly recommend this condo. Kerry
