View was AMAZING, 3 flights of stairs were not...
Pro:1.The view was AMAZING. I would 100% stay here again just for the view. 2. The space is huge! There was plenty of room.3. Very walkable to the beach and to the downtown area. 4. Parking was great. We had two spaces that were easy to park in. One of our vehicles was a huge truck and we were able to fit it with no issues.5. The condo provides everything you need for a few days. There was soap, shampoo, conditioner, dishwashing soap.Cons:1.It’s on the 3rd floor which means you are walking up 3 FULL FLIGHTS OF NARROW stairs. Carrying stuff was a NIGHTMARE. 2.The sheets were the worst thing I have ever slept on. I would bring your own sheets if you are able. The ones provided felt like 80 grit sandpaper. (The towels were very fluffy and they provided PLENTY of towels)3.The furniture was not great. The nicer sofa was just okay and not anywhere I would want to lounge. The other sofa looks and felt like it came out of a college dorm. 4.There is no laundry. There is a laundry room on the ground level but it appears to be locked and only available for the actual owners. 5.The beds were just okay. The king bed felt older and very lumpy. We stayed in July and the sun was so bright in the master bed room that it would wake us up everyday at 6am. The windows have blinds, but they could absolutely use curtains over it/ black out ones you could move. We ended up moving to the room with the double bed because the king was not comfortable. The full bed was a lot more comfortable
