Some folks just really need a vacation, and if your family is anything like that, it might be time to make a reservation so you too can be “Conched Out” for a week or two in beautiful Kure Beach!

You’ll be thrilled when you arrive at this spacious 6-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom single-family home perched right on the oceanfront. With sweeping views of the Atlantic and plenty of room for the whole crew, it’s the perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and classic beach charm. One of the home’s newest—and most beloved—features is the private in-ground pool, glistening in the coastal sunshine and just waiting for you to dive in. Whether you're cooling off after a morning on the beach or taking a midnight swim under the stars, this backyard oasis will have you coming back year after year. Homes like this don’t come around often, so treat your family to a stay that lets everyone truly relax, recharge, and reconnect.

The ground level of the home features a spacious garage for all your beach gear, bikes, and toys, as well as a downstairs den that’s just right for kids, teens, or the young at heart. Upstairs on the main level, you'll find two king bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom—ideal for couples or guests who appreciate a bit of privacy. The main living area boasts an open layout that brings together a cozy living room, a sunny dining space, and a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to whip up a quick breakfast or a full seafood feast. There’s also a convenient powder room on this floor. Step out onto the expansive deck and take in the ocean views or dip a toe in the pool—it’s all yours to enjoy throughout your stay. Stay Requirements: Flexible arrivals with a minimum of 3-night stays in summer, and minimum of 2-night stays in other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 2 King, 3 Queen, 1 Twin Trundle, 1 Bunk Bed (twin over twin), 2 Queen Sleeper Sofas.
Parking: Parking in the driveway for up to 3 cars depending on the size of the vehicles. Garage parking for up to 4 vehicles, again depending on vehicle size.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, Use of Fireplace, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Grills. Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Property Security: For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have exterior security cameras located by the front door (doorbell camera) and back deck facing out towards the ocean.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).

Bryant Real Estate, established in 1952, is a professionally operated firm that is licensed in North Carolina and hired by the property owner to manage “K250 – Conched Out” as a vacation rental.

A railing is needed on other side of chair not behind it and electric place needs to be on wall not on floor and door stop needs to be replaced,Master bathroom sink needs drain! And flys and knats need to be under control
