Carolina Beach is gelegen op het zuidelijkste puntje van Noord-Carolina, aan de schilderachtige Pleasure Island. Dit gezinsvriendelijke strand is ideaal om te surfen, vissen en het verzamelen van schelpen. Deze 2 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers, de oceaan condo gelegen in het William and Mary complex in Carolina Beach is geschikt voor een gezin van 6. De woonkamer en keuken zijn de oceaan, terwijl beide slaapkamers zijn straatzijde. Buiten zitten en krijgen een dosis frisse lucht op de oceaan dek, geweldig om buiten te eten en te zonnebaden. Het apparaat beschikt over WiFi.

Dit is een tweede verdieping eenheid met een prachtig uitzicht op de Atlantische Oceaan. Een eigen walkover naar het strand en een buitendouche bevinden zich aan de achterzijde van het gebouw. Er wordt toegewezen parkeerplaats onder het gebouw voor een auto en een extra parkeerplaats is gelegen aan de overkant van de straat. Niet-roken-eenheid. Geen huisdieren toegestaan. Zat tot zat

Condo ligt op slechts zeven blokken ten noorden van de promenade in het centrum van Carolina Beach. U bent op loopafstand van winkels, restaurants en de zomer activiteiten zoals vuurwerk, kermisattracties en live muziek. Kijken naar de vissers komen met de vangst van de dag in de jachthaven of uit eten met de familie. Maak plannen om vandaag Carolina Beach te bezoeken!

Great location…. But!

The place needed serious updating on just about every level. I realize it was the end of the season but every aspect of the interior needs an either a full replacement, repair or TLC.

Nice place

It was a lovely location and clean when we arrived. Master bed was below expectations when it comes to noisy frame and mattress definitely needs an upgrade. Sea side balcony door was hard to open but easy to close. All the housewares that were provided definitely fill all needs. We still love the place just recommending the bed and door get addressed. Batteries died on the keypad on one of our last days but the after hours were very quick to have someone there within the hour or 2. Definitely recommend this property and the management team that were quick, polite, and knowledgeable. One side note is that the wifi needs an uprgrade on range so that you can use the wifi in the living room and sea side balcony.

The area and view were a win for this property. Being able to walk out your door to the beach is a plus. My only suggestions would be to make some additional upgrades. The kitchen had been updated and looked nice. However, the couch in the living room was very broken down, very uncomfortable and not sufficient as a pull out for someone to sleep. The main shower is very small and had little water pressure and the doors would not lock or stay shut. The master shower had a door replaced with a mirror and therefore it was very dark. Paint peeling on the bathroom cabinets and doors were an eyesore. Bed linens are outdated and appeared stained in places. It could use a deep clean as the place smelled as if it had been shut up for a long period of time. Overall, it was a decent place to stay as we did not have plans to spend a lot of time in the unit.

The property was decent. Nothing extravagant but served the purpose. Could definitely use some updates as the smaller bedroom has an 18” 1990’s TV in it. My grown daughter (29) laughed at the comforter because she had the same comforter when she was 10. So, definitely could use some minor decor updates. Nice location. Nice view of the ocean. Easy check in/check out.

Great Place!

Seldom dies a property match EXACTLY what is listed! This one does! Clean, two bedrooms with two bathrooms that's on the beach. The view is exactly as in the pictures. The walk tk the beach sand is about 3 mins. The shared walkway over the sand, though, is not ADA compliant and could use some updating.

Short review

The day before we left for our ocean front condo, we were informed that the property next door to our condo had a water leak that effected our condo and we had to find another location to stay. The place that we reload located to was not ocean front and didn't allow for a short walk to the beach for 2 younger children and a handicapped mother in law. The location we had to stay at was a wonderful, clean and nice place. I just didn't allow for easy access to the beach for our family.

Beautiful view, great location, parking for 2nd car

Of the beachfront units we looked at, we decided on W&M because they offered parking for a 2nd vehicle across the street. The view was TREMENDOUS with the porch big enough for a table and chairs, good for meals or just hanging out.. The beach near the unit is wonderful and we took lots of long walks on the beach. October was a bit too chilly for me to swim! We enjoyed the restaurants nearby and walked to them several times. A SeaWitch shirt had to come home with me! The unit interior was great with plenty of room and privacy for the 4 of us. I think the kitchen has all you could want to prepare meals. Our main focus was COFFEE and cold drinks, as we ate out a lot. Grocery stores are within a short drive and there's plenty of touristy stuff to do: Ft Fisher park, breweries, a vibrant historic district downtown, hiking and more. The unit was super clean and I appreciated the way they bundled the fresh linens. The only item I really needed and not supplied was a bit of liquid dish soap, which I always bring with me for a rental.

I would rate this condo a 1 (only redeeming factor, it is on the water, ocean front great location). Den furniture was filthy and worn completely out (need to be in the dump). Whole condo needs going over and stuff repaired and replaced, painted. Would not recommend.

Great ocean view. Condo was clean, however, property is older and could use some updates. The floors creaked and you could hear the upstairs people walking about as if it was in the condo itself. Bathrooms definitely could use updates. The bed was uncomfortable. Wish the property had an elevator - up and down 3 flights for older folks was a bit tough.

The condo was clean and well equipped. However, it could stand to be updated. The stand alone shower is not designed for anyone over 5’3”. The other shower was a little tricky stepping into it. The outdoor furniture was not comfortable-just plastic chairs. Couple items were confusing... trash bin location and check out routines. App told us one thing to do with linens while there were different directions left in condo.

I loved the beach for sure. As for the condo I will never stay there again. The floors was not clean. Walking on the floor left my feet black. Silverware drawer was nasty with particles of food inside. I was very disappointed with all the cleaning fees I was charged with to go into a nasty condo.

Enjoyed our stay. The residence covers the basic. Parking is kinda cludgy in that we got blocked in a couple of times and had to knock in doors to have a car moved so we could get in/out. Also no blow dryer in the house

The ocean view was excellent. However, all the furniture in the rental was dirty, couch was broken down. The people above us were very noisy, it sounded like they were running a marathon up and down the length of the condo. We complained but it got no better. We won't be staying here again.

Location Was Good

Communication with property management was helpful and timely. Condo is definitely in need of repair. The salt air of the beach has taken a toll -- rust found everywhere, including massive spots on the side of the refrigerator. Very disconcerting. I do not hold the management company accountable for the state of the condo; I feel the owners could do more.
