We'll get you started with toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags, but if you're staying more than a weekend, you likely will need to bring or buy more.

Space for 3 medium-sized cars in the driveway.

A gas is available for use.

Please note that by booking our property, you agree to the following:

- The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years of age and must be present for the duration of the reservation. A valid government-issued ID may be required prior to or upon check-in. This policy applies to all reservations and is enforced consistently in accordance with Airbnb policies and applicable laws.

- A maximum of 12 guests, excluding infants, for your stay.

- No parties or events inside or on the property. Violation of this will result in cancellation of your reservation with no refund.

- No smoking, no vaping inside or on patios.

- Pets Policy: Pet Fee Required; 2 Adult Dogs Max 50 lbs or Less. No Puppies. No Pets on Furniture or Beds. Pick Up All Pet Waste.

- Show respect to the community. Quiet Hours 10pm to 7am

- This is a no-shoes house. All shoes must be taken off at entry.

- Report any damage from your stay prior to check-out.

- A minimum $300 fee will be charged if house rules are not followed, and a claim will be filed with the booking channel.

- If an elevator service technician is called as a result of not following the basic instructions, a $500 service fee will be assessed to the guest.
