Shenanigans on the Beach (SOB)

Summary:

Stunning ocean views from this 3 floor balcony!!! Shenanigans on the Sea has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a washer/dryer in the unit. There is an elevator. This community has a pool and a beach access are just step from your condo. Conveniently located to all things Carolina Beach: biking, kayaking, fishing charters, hiking at the CB State Park and our famous boardwalks and fishing piers.



The Space:

This unit is on the 4th floor



There is an elevator



There is one parking pass for this condo per the HOA rules.



The pool is located just behind the condo. The HOA opens the pool mid April and closes typically the second week in September, depending on weather



Guest Access:

We want to note that the elevator in Paradise Tower will be down from March 16 - May 15th. Guests would need to use the stairs.



Other Things to Note:

We also supply the following for each property:

A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everyone has their own preferences for these =) Please review our house rules prior to your stay



There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.
