Top level - 3rd floor:

-open, spacious living room with plenty of seating for groups. 75” Tv with multiple streaming apps. Throw blankets for movie nights on the large sectional couch.
-Deck with gas fire pit, sectional couch and 2 chairs. View of the ocean from the balcony and crows nest just up the spiral staircase. Crows nest has bar top seating and bar top Adirondack chairs with shared table. Great ocean views!
-Queen bedroom with smart TV, chair, walk in closet with room darkening shades. Full bathroom just outside the door.

2nd floor:
-Master bedroom with luxury en-suite bathroom. All toiletries and plush linens provided. Plush Helix mattress with cooling, breathable linens. Plenty of pillows & blankets. Smart Tv and walk-in closet. Attached balcony with seating and table.

We will have three hosts dedicated to guest needs. With three eyes watching to listing we answer promptly for any guest needs.

Car optional. Guests can bike or walk to multiple attractions and destinations.

The beach is just a 3-minute walk (we have walked it and timed it). Public beach access. Less than 3 minutes from the famous Tiki Bar.

1. Pet stays must be paid in advance or an automatic $250 fee will be applied. If you decide to bring your pet after your reservation is made please message us and we can request the pet fee.

2. Checkout instructions must be followed or a $75 fee will be applied to compensate cleaners.

3. No smoking. If smoking occurs an automatic fee is $300 will be applied for smoke remediation.
