'The house is big and comfy - fit our family of 8 perfectly! Loved that we were a 5 minute walk to the beach and plenty of cute restaurants! I like to run and the greenway is right off the street about a 1/2 mile - super convenient! Would definitely recommend this house!'

'We rented the upper unit of this property and it was perfect for our chill beach getaway. The proximity to the beach was awesome! The easy stroll meant we could pick our moments to beat the crowds or escape back to the house at the hottest part of the day. Rich quickly responded when we messaged him during our stay. 'We loved sitting on the deck. What a breezy, peaceful porch. We loved the Mexican restaurant next door where we got take out to eat at the house (see pic). Well stocked kitchen and loved the colorful dishes were served the taco night. Our party could sleep through the music at the bar nearby except me. :-( It appears that there is a music ordinance where they must power off by midnight… I wish they could at least mandate that the music be turned down significantly at 11:00.
