La chambre était très propre, confortable et bien aménagée, avec une belle vue sur les montagnes. L’hôtel est bien situé, au calme, tout en étant proche des sentiers et des activités proposées dans la station. Je recommande vivement cet établissement pour un séjour été comme hiver à la montagne ! Arrivee a 18h, pas de reception, cle dans une boite sur porte abimee dans couloir triste. Attention : pas de draps ni serviette ni torchon, ni kit vaiselle...rien...j ai du me debrouiller pour louer des draps en me deplacant chez un prestataire exterieur..../ l appart etait en tres mauvais etat, mal / pas nettoyé, il manquait une facade de meuble de cuisine, pas de lampe...

Strip them and fully clean the room when you leave. And the lady in rebel ski hire was vile we had 2 children first pair of boots were to small she wasn’t happy about changing them probably the wrong time of the month not the experience would expect in a hire shop. Nice little supermarket on site and friendly lady.'

'The property itself is a little dated but the staff were fantastic. They really go out of their way to make you feel at home. The atmosphere in the hotel is relaxed and friendly.

I would avoid this apartment for ski vacations to Courchevel but the other residences managed by the building seem to be better managed with on site staff. '

'The apartment had not been cleaned. There was no bedding. We reported this to the number we had and the room got cleaned but there was still no bedding. We went out for dinner and when we returned the bedding was in a bag outside the door so we had to make our own beds at 1 am. Not acceptable. It was also very noisy. Contacted the hotel to see if they would provide a refund but no response. '
