'The place was as advertised. There was one lamp in the living room that's cord ran under a chair to a socket. The socket didn't work, so i rerouted to a hallway socket at night. Everything else worked perfectly fine. The beach was spacious and the house was nice. '

'Our stay was over and above all expectations! The house gave off positive energy and the surroundings are breathtaking. It was spacious and cozy. We especially loved that all of us were able to gather for cooking and sharing meals around the big table with plenty of seating space. 'The house was as described. It was perfect for our family get away. We had 3 generations all together and everyone enjoyed it. The Carova Beach Area is amazing. The horses and other wild life were around everyday and made the beach vacation magical. The beach driving is not for the faint of heart though, you must have a 4x4 and there are days that a few spots on the beach get very narrow and patience is a must. 'This beach house is Stunning! Spacious and very clean with a super comfy large couch and beds. The views from this home are amazing and every evening, the wild horses came right up to the house. We loved that the house is on the 4x4 beach! We had a blast driving on the beach every day. We could walk right out the back door to the beach which was never crowded near this house. 'What a cozy, rustic and charming place for a romantic getaway in one of the most untouched pristine beaches on the east coast. The hosts were very attentive to prepare you for your trip. You had the canal and kayaks ready for touring. I loved the decour and there were plenty of snacks in your care package. When you are going make sure you rent a real 4X4. This is all natural beach access. Your city suv will get stuck. There are plenty of jeep rental places available. Enjoy the adventure!'

'Have stayed in several places in Carova, this is one of our favorites. The house was very clean and had ample space and amenities. Communication from the owner was great. Plenty of privacy and is on the south side of Carova, so it's closer to the 4x4 access. Would stay here again.'

Two of our 3 children leave the nest this summer/fall, one to basic training and one to college, so we wanted a quiet spot w/ lots of opportunities for family fun and time together. This was perfect. 'we enjoyed this vacation and was so grateful to be allowed to have our pups. we were a little disappointed the upper floor had no AC which is where the kitchen is. However we slept awesome on great a great mattress at that floor was air conditioned. The AC was repaired about 5 th day we were there because they, AC contractors, were so busy after a storm that had come through. Overall excellent stay and will come back!!'
