Villa Magalì by Perle di Puglia

Villa Magalì is a
modern villa in the countryside of Carovigno, in a panoramic area near
the beaches of the Adriatic coast. The villa accommodates up to 7 guests
and is equipped with accessories such as swimming pool with solarium, air conditioning in every room, internet, built-in barbecue, alarm system, washing machine, parking area, hair-dryer, tv, stereo, toaster. Pets are not allowed.

Villa
Magalì is characterized by modern but cozy shapes, furnished with
design elements and it`s a white point surrounded by the silvery green
of the olive trees. In this bucolic area, there is a beautiful turquoise
swimming pool and the solarium with beach beds. In addition to the
solarium, there are several outdoor equipped areas such as the porch with dining area and built-in barbecue, ideal at lunch or dinner.
The rooms
of Villa Magalì are bright because of the big glass doors with view on
the olive trees and are furnished in a minimalist style. The villa opens
into a living room with sofa and American-style kitchen. The corridor divides the living room fromt he sleeping area, which consists of 2 double bedrooms
and a bathroom with shower. The third double bedroom is in the
outbuilding in a trullo, with bathroom and open-air shower. It is
possible to add the seventh bed accommodation on folding bed in the
living room.

The surroundings of Villa Magalì in Carovigno
Villa Magalì is in the countryside of Carovigno, in a panoramic area that is 3 kilometers away form the beaches of Torre Guaceto and Lido Specchiolla.
The nature reserve of Torre Guaceto is ideal for hikings, biking and
for sailing and diving lessons. It`s a short drive away from famous
Apulian locations such as Ostuni,
Cisternino and Ceglie Messapica, famous for their medieval old town
centres and wine and food traditino. The villa is 20 minutes` drive away
from the airport of Brindisi and the San Domenico golf courses.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October, off-season pool's opening has an extra price of euro 200.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The property is composed by a main unit and a trullo.
