Casal dei nonni is a 10-bed vacation cottage for
vacation rental in Puglia, in the countryside of Carovigno, just 4 km
from the Torre Guaceto nature reserve.
The cottage with outdoor hot tub is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, wi-fi internet, TV, electric oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, mini fridge in each room. Pets allowed.

Casal dei nonni is a beautiful country cottage nestled in the greenery of a lush olive grove.
The large outdoor spaces are equipped for outdoor relaxation: the wooden gazebo
with tents is perfect as a dining area, the lovely little lounges with
hay bales in the shade of the trees allow you to relax to the song of
cicadas.
Then there`s thewellness areawith an outdoor hot tub and sun loungers. Finally, a lovely courtyard is furnished with a table, chairs, umbrella and outdoor lounges.
The interior of the cottage Casal dei nonni is spacious, cozy and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped.
The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms,
one double and two quadruple rooms furnished with double bed + sofa bed
for two people. All rooms have en suite shower rooms and independent
entrance from outside, and are equipped with air conditioning, TV and
mini fridge.
The whole cottage is finished with mosquito nets and blackout curtains.

Casal dei nonni is located in the countryside of Carovigno, just 2 km from the beaches of Specchiolla and just 4 km from the nature reserve and pristine sea of Torre Guaceto.
In just 10 km you can also reach Ostuni, among the beautiful villages of the Brindisi area.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 20 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
