Villa Maste is a lovely sea view villa with large equipped outdoor spaces, driveway, lots of greenery, relaxation areas and a beautiful swimming pool with solarium where you can spend peaceful vacations in Valle d`Itria, just a few minutes from the most beautiful historical centers of the area and the sea.
The villa consists of 2 units. The main body has a spacious shaded veranda, equipped for dining, dining and preparing meals outdoors.
The interior of the characteristic country cottage consists of: large living room with open kitchen, sitting area with 1 French sofa bed and TV, 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin with single beds that can be joined. The unit is completed by 1 bathroom with shower.
Next to the main structure there is a small outbuilding furnished with 2 single beds that can be joined to become a double, and 1 full shower room.

Villa Maste is a villa with pool for vacation rental in Puglia, in the countryside that stretches between the two beautiful and ancient towns of Ostuni and Carovigno.
Both towns are about 5 km away. The Adriatic Sea with its beautiful sandy beaches is just 10 km away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 20 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The property is composed by 2 units.
