The new and elegant villa (built in 2022) in typical Apulian style near Carovigno (2 km) and Ostuni (7 km) features two bedrooms with high-quality mattresses (1.80 x 2.00 m and 1.60 x 2.00 m) and for each bedroom one bathroom each, so total two bathrooms (each bedroom en suite), a spacious living room, and can accommodate easily a maximum of 6 to 7 people. The living room also features an additional sofa bed in a separate reading corner.
It is an absolute oasis of tranquility on 7,000 square meters of land! Fast Wi-Fi access is available in every room, on every terrace, and by the pool! High-quality Japanese technology from Daikin ensures efficient air conditioning and heating in both winter and summer.
The spacious 170 sqm accommodation overlooks the blue swimming pool (11 x 4 meters), offering a very private setting and a large terrace surrounded by olive, fig, almond, orange, grapefruit, tangerine, and lemon trees.
It is located 9 km from the Adriatic Sea, a beautiful seaside spot for couples and families.
The villa features well-maintained gardens and two terraces: a veranda measuring approximately 35 sqm, and a pergola measuring approximately 50 sqm within a courtyard with arches. Amenities include garden furniture, a washing machine, dryer, oven, refrigerator with freezer, and a cooking island. Hairdryer, iron, and ironing board are also provided. An external kitchen with a barbecue/grill has also been newly built very close to the pool!

In the neighborhood, tucked away in the bushes and trees, 70 meters away, there is a small guest house of 35 sqm, also available for rent, which can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people. These guests are not allowed to use the swimming pool unless you are coming with 8 or 9 people and rent the guesthouse.

For your safety: The entire 7,000 square meter complex is monitored by a private police station in Carovigno, called 'La Volante', whose headquarters are located 2 km from the complex when you activate the alarm system. If you are there and the alarm system is off, the cameras will not work. Then you can enjoy your full privacy.

It's a 12-minute drive to the sea via Carovigno to Torre Santa Sabina. The beaches are very beautiful, sandy or rocky, and not far from Torre Guaceto, a nature reserve.
You can take very interesting excursions to the beautiful, authentic old towns of Lecce, Ostuni, Monopoli, Oria, Cisternino, Locorontodo, Alberobello, or, of course, explore the fabulous beaches near Otranto. The airports are Bari (98 km) or Brindisi (25 km).
By the way, "Carovigno" means "dear vine"!

'... We, as a small family, have just returned from our two-week vacation in Apulia, and I can only report the very best.
Mrs. Millet's house is absolutely fantastic.
It was also a risk for us to book such a new house, but we were only pleasantly surprised.
The fact that the house is brand new is reflected in the pleasant living environment.
The pool is beautiful, the water fresh and clean.
In general, everything in and around the house is very well maintained.
It doesn't feel like a typical vacation home at all.
We spent wonderful evenings on the terrace, cooked delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen! The Wi-Fi is fast, and I was able to easily make two business video calls.
The house is an oasis of peace, surrounded only by olive groves, very safe, and the on-site contact person is very reliable.
What else should I write to you?
If we could, we'd go back in a heartbeat!
