The Terracotta villa is completely renovated for the summer of 2023. Entirely decorated and furnished by an interior designer, this villa will charm you both with its interior and exterior and its panoramic view.



The Space:

With its 5 en-suite bedrooms, including an independent studio and a bedroom with 2 bunk beds, this villa will welcome both families and groups of friends. Located in a quiet private domain, it offers a panoramic view overlooking the sea and proximity to the Var beaches.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire villa. It includes 5 bedrooms, 4 of which have a sea view, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerated wine cellar, a saltwater pool and a terrace with one of the most beautiful views in the region.

The villa is easily accessible by train from Hyères station (13 min) or by plane thanks to Toulon-Hyères airport (15 min by car)

Possibility to park three cars.



For your comfort, Greg will take great care of the garden and pool maintenance, while Helene will be on hand to provide advice and assist with any requests throughout your stay.

To finalize your booking, we will ask you to provide a copy of your passport (or a valid ID) in order to verify your identity, in accordance with current regulations.
