'The owners were incredibly helpful & kind. The apartments were perfect for a short or long holiday. There is an Aldi, Lidl & other supermarkets within easy walking distance. Shower had plenty of hot water, bed was comfortable. Car parking on street was great. About a 20-minute walk to the aqueduct in Segovia, it was easier than trying to park in the city. 'Very lovely hotel, located very centrally in Segovia. Parking was easy and hotel was bigger than we expected. Nice decor, historic building. Felt like a maze sometimes. Staff was very kind and helpful, spoke good enough English. Lobby offered free welcome drinks and some sweets. The room was fine, spacious enough and clean. We were disappointed to get two single bed instead of the double that we requested. No separate shower in the superior room, only shower in bathtub, did have a separate...
