'This is a small 2 bedroom/1 bath duplex that has definitely been updated inside and out. Air conditioned in each room, amenities present so didn't really have to worry about anything except personal items. We were missing a fitted sheet on one bed, but we just used the other one. 'Great place to stay in Tahoe. Quiet, clean, and cool cabin/ condo style place. Not sure if it was supposed to work, but the fireplace switch didn’t turn anything on. Also the control for the AC didn’t work, luckily the weather was mild. The description advertised incline beach being walking distance (11 min but it was actually more like 30 min) and it’s a private beach with no access. They should probably remove that as a perk of the place. There are public beaches close by, just not in incline...

'We stayed for 2 nights with 6 adults and 7 kids, and the house was perfect for our group. There was plenty of space, it was super clean, and very well equipped. The host was responsive and communicative, which made everything easy. We highly recommend this property!'

'We were there in early September. Great views, wonderful kitchen that was well stocked with all we needed. Beds were on the very firm side, and several were too high for shorter people, making them unsafe. Lots of stairs! '
