'This is our 2nd stay at this property as we have celebrated New Years with friends two consecutive years. Everything was as good as the first time. No snow this time and lake wasn't quite frozen, but the property was still fantastic. There is so much space between the 2 buildings that even with a large group plenty of beds for everyone. Kids (and adults) love the game room.'

'We drove 3.5 hours to stay at the clean cozy cabin. The cabin was very clean and there was plenty of wood for wood burning fireplace. Gorgeous picturesque views of the lake and awesome sunsets. The queen bed was new and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and are looking to come back in summer to enjoy the lake! Thank you for sharing a great place with us!'

'We booked this home for a short Anniversary getaway near where some family and friends are. We love the upnorth relaxed feel. Everything was as stated on the booking website. Clean, beautiful, cozy place. Loved the back deck area and river view. Everything was very nice and check in and out was super easy. Would love to stay here again sometime. Bed and furniture was comfy and we had everything we could of ever needed for our stay. Thanks so much!'

'Jason could not have been more accommodating and have provided a more fantastic property for our adult family vacation. There were 17 of us including our parents and this property was more than anyone of us expected when booking! We would definitely consider staying here again in the future. 'Great place to stay for the long weekend. It is a bit dusty and bathroom's door won't close but besides that all is good. Also, you need to take your garbage out yourself to the dump station but you need a tag to get in. We did not get a tag so we had to drag our garbage home with us...'

'Host is super responsive and the property has pretty much everything you need. The lake is pretty small, but super clear and great for bass fishing! Personally, I feel that the “sleeps 12” is a stretch, and think the furniture and beds would not be adequate for that many. Inflatable mattress needs to be replaced as it deflates within a couple hours. Loved the touch of having puzzles and movies available, as it was great to have during rainy times. Overall, really nice place to spend our week!'

'The retreat was exactly as pictured and as described. It was incredibly cleaned and stocked with any and everything that we needed, that we may have forgotten, including a first aid kit. The extra surprise was the plunger in the bathroom, which gave us a great laugh. Loved it and would definitely come back. Thank you for sharing your home with us. It was relaxing and peaceful and that’s exactly what we needed.'
