Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, living spaces, the backyard, pool, and firepit area. Only one owner’s closet remains locked.
Check-in is seamless with keyless entry and your unique code sent before arrival.

🔒 Security – Exterior security cameras are installed on-site for property security and guest safety.

🚭 No Smoking or Drugs – Smoking and recreational drugs of any kind are strictly prohibited on the premises.

🚫 No Parties or Events – Parties, events, and disruptive gatherings are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in removal from the property and a $1,000 fine.

👥 Registered Guests Only – Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted at the property.

🧸 Murphy Bed – Please let us know in advance if you plan to use the Murphy bed so it can be properly prepared for your stay.

⚠️ Use of Amenities – Use of the pool, spa, bunk beds, court, firepit, and other provided amenities is at guests’ own risk.

🔕 Quiet Hours – Quiet hours are from 7 PM to 8 AM. Please respect our neighbors and keep indoor and outdoor noise at a reasonable level.

🍽️ No Food or Drinks in Bedrooms – Please enjoy meals, snacks, and drinks in designated dining, common, or outdoor areas only.

🛋️ Furniture Policy – Please do not move, rearrange, or remove furniture or décor.

💳 Damages & Cleaning – Excessive mess, additional cleaning, or property damage may result in charges to the card on file.

🧻 Starter Supplies – A starter supply of paper products, toiletries, trash bags, coffee, and other basic essentials is provided for your convenience.

🚗 Parking – Private driveway parking is available for guests.

💰 Refund Processing Fee – If you cancel within the applicable refundable cancellation period, 5% of the total payment will still be deducted as a processing fee.

Important Note: The bed in the office room is normally kept closed. If you would like this bed to be opened for your stay, please let us know in advance so we can arrange for a team member to assist. This bed is delicate and requires proper handling by our team. If prior notice is not provided, the bed will remain closed until a team member is able to come by to open it.
