What could be better ; fresh juice on the breakfast table was always empty and it took ages before it was refilled. Aldo there was only 1 sort of juice.
The swimming pool was small and located near the bar. Not ideal to swim.

'It was safe and really convenient for strolling the old Medina. I was able to walk back at night from Rick's Cafe safely. The staff was really helpful. They lent me a plug adapter so I could charge my phone. The rooftop room had an amazing view. There was a cute library/sitting area with books just below my room. '

'Ik vond dit een van de beste verblijven in Marokko, mooi uitzicht op de Hassan II moskee en op de zee.
Contact met de eigenaar was TOP, je werd goed ingelicht op hoe je in het gebouw komt etc en wat je te wachten staat.
De Penthouse zag er op en top in orde uit, heel schoon, hygiënisch en mooi luxe ingericht.
Een hele keuken, met bestek, koelkast, koffie apparaat, een kleine bar aanwezig.
Ook een smart tv, dus wij vermaakten ons wel met netflix.
Je hebt twee aparte badkamers en ieder...

'Heel mooi modern hotel. De kamer was eigenlijk een appartementje voorzien van alle gemakken. Zowel kamer als gemeenschappelijke ruimte waren zeer proper en met. Het personeel vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. Ook de locatie was prima, in het moderne deel van casablanca, op wandelafstand van tal van restaurants. Wij zullen zeker terugkeren bij een volgend bezoek aan casablanca.'

"We stayed at this property, but the experience did not meet our expectations. The room faced the boulevard, making it very noisy—every passing vehicle was audible, indicating poor soundproofing.
Additionally, despite adjusting the thermostat, the room temperature remained at 19°C, which was uncomfortable. It was impossible to heat the entire room properly.
We had hoped for a more pleasant and comfortable stay. Improvements are needed to meet travelers' expectations."
"Bij aankomst werd er gelijk verwacht dat ik de portier fooi zou geven, terwijl ik eerst in de lobby moest wachten omdat er geen personeel was. Het bedrag wat ik in eerste instantie wilde geven was niet voldoende, dus pakte de portier eigenhandig het gewenste bedrag uit mijn portemonnee.
Vervolgens kom ik op de kamer welke in eerste instantie er prima uitzag. Behalve dat er haren (niet in mijn eigen haarkleur) op het bed en in de badkamer lagen. Op de handoeken zaten roestkleurige vlekken (waarschijnlijk van het wassen). Daarnaast zat de toiletknop los en was er onder/achter het toilet niet goed schoongemaakt.
De wasservice van het hotel was redelijk, wel 2 a 3 keer zo duur als bij andere hotels in Marokko.
De prijs van de kamer (€35 per nacht, alleen kamerhuur) was relatief laag voor de regio waar het hotel zit. Dit kwam mede doordat het hotel deels verbouwd werd.
Voor een goedkope overnachting is het een prima hotel, maar verwacht verder niet te veel."

"We hebben een goed verblijf gehad. Mede dankzij de vriendelijke en welwillende personeel om het zo goed mogelijk te doen. (tijdens ontbijt: Maryam, Fatima Zahra, Khalid, Fouad en Yasser)
We hebben wel enkele verbeterpunten:
- Onderhoud laat te wensen over
Enkele voorbeelden: toilet bij de lobby: prullenbak is verroest en functioneert niet goed. Scherpe randjes tegels in het zwembad waaraan je kan snijden. Schroeven los bij zonnescherm, ramen zijn smerig en geruime tijd niet schoongemaakt.
- Ontbijt is gevarieerd, maar op enkele punten niet 5 sterren waardig bijvoorbeeld geen verse jus d’orange, maar sap uit een pak.
- Enkele dagen waren onze kamers niet tijdig schoongemaakt en ook geen handdoeken klaargelegd. Pas na 18:00 en na verzoek bij receptie werd dit pas gedaan.
We verwachten dat de kamers voor 15:00 uur (inchecktijd) gereed zijn.
Hopelijk worden bovenstaande punten opgepakt, zodat de volgende keer ons verblijf positief kunnen beleven."
