Loved it
I was very pleased with our stay there. Every thing was clean and helpfull staff. The food is very expensive at the hotel. A pancake was 8 euro. (80 dirhams). Overall good experiance.

Expensive hotel in busy part of the city
The hotel is clean, personnel is very nice and the beds are very comfortable. Wifi works excellently. Downsides: the area around the hotel is very busy and noisy, at night you can hear the noise from outside. Also in the hotel it can be very busy. During the first days of our stay a few corporate events were held at the hotel, so the swimming pool was not accessible to us. Smoking is allowed in the lobby and restaurants. Drinks, food and breakfast at the hotel are expensive and not in proportion to the price levels in Casablanca in general.

Centrally located .. good property.
Nice property .. central location close to the Casa port station . Staff is exceptional polite and always ready to help . We had dinner at their Moroccan restaurant .. food and entertainment was exceptional .. belly dancer was really good . Would reccomend the property .

My wife and I were at this great hotel when the earthquake was happening. We were scared, but these incredible staff who put us at ease— Reall champs—especially the director, Aurelien Tara! This hotel does not deserve the rating of “Very Good,” but the “Exceptional,” rating! Our stay will be memorable because every staff member made us feel like royalty, especially Badr Hafraoui. We felt at home! I miss them already. I had never been attached to a hotel like this one. A five-start hotel like no other. I became a member of their reward program—they were that exceptional!

It is perfect for us. Near the tram, medina, taxis, etc. The hotel is guarded and all staff members pay attention to the needs of the residents. We encountered no issues here. Rooms are cleaned as soon as you go out for the day and all products/amenities are replaced in the room daily.

Reasonably pleasant stay. Good gym, sauna and steam room but opening times depended on who you asked. They could have put up a notice outside. Swimming pool was not available because of early season which was a big disappointment.

This place is a joke. You cant be charged almost 300 USD per night with standard of for two start hotel. The carpet in room are filzy. The steam room smells so terrible and it smelled like mold. They complementary breakfast was charged $32per person which wasn't clearly explained by staffs. The breakfast should not be worth $2 per person. Checking your charge before leaving. They try to over charge or double charge breakfast we didnt even dine. We will never stay here again.

Never again !!
If you need air conditioning- this is not the hotel for you. It was impossible to sleep at night- was so suffocating because they turn off the ac. We stayed one night on our way to Marrakesh and one night on our return from Marrakesh. Both nights were terrible. On our return journey we even told them , Pl. give us a room where the ac works. The lobby and all are swanky and well kept. Room curtains were coming apart and don’t even close to keep the light out. We were in room 1127 and 1125. The only good thing was the gentleman who serves on the club 8 th floor. He was the really sweet.
