"We booked our stay here based entirely on the photographs posted on their website and booking platforms. I expected the bright, spacious, and modern room shown—a clean, contemporary sanctuary. What I received was an object lesson in false advertising.
The room we were assigned was, charitably, a cramped utility closet masquerading as a guest room. The promotional photos must have been taken using a panoramic lens and professional lighting tricks in a completely different wing of the building, if not a different decade.
This isn't a case of a slightly misleading photo; this is a deliberate deception. I felt tricked and disappointed from the moment I opened the door. If you are booking this hotel, be warned: the room you see online is not the room you will be staying in. Pay extra for a hotel that shows you what you're actually paying for.
And ultimately the compensation they deemed "more then sufficient" was a meager lunch box."
