The Space:

Set directly on the shores of Lake Cascade, this remarkable log cabin combines mountain lodge character with lakefront luxury. With soaring ceilings, walls of windows, and handcrafted wood details throughout, the home was designed to showcase the incredible water and mountain views from nearly every angle.



The main living area centers around a dramatic floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace surrounded by comfortable leather seating and expansive windows overlooking the lake. Two sets of sliding glass doors open directly onto the deck, creating an easy indoor-outdoor flow for gathering, dining, and relaxing by the water.



The kitchen is exceptionally equipped for larger groups, featuring stainless steel appliances, double ovens, a pot filler, generous prep space, and bar seating for five. Nearby, the dining table comfortably seats 8–10 with bench seating and chairs, while an additional breakfast table near the windows offers another cozy spot to enjoy the lake views.



The primary suite is located on the main level and includes a queen bed, private deck access, a walk-in closet, and a spacious ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double vanities.



Downstairs, the lower-level game room creates a separate entertainment zone with air hockey, ping pong, oversized Connect Four, darts, and a large flatscreen TV. This level also includes two twin beds in the open game room space, plus a separate sleeping area with a queen bed that can be closed off with a curtain for added privacy. A Pack ’n Play is also available for guest use.



Upstairs, the loft overlooks the main living space and offers even more room to spread out with puzzles, books, games, foosball, shuffleboard, a two-player Pac-Man arcade game, and multiple seating areas. A cozy TV lounge with oversized furniture and a card table creates another inviting hangout space with peaceful forest views.



Outside, the expansive lakefront deck is designed for enjoying every season in Cascade. Guests can dine outdoors, relax in zero gravity chairs, sway in the hammock, or grill while overlooking the water. Heaters on the deck help extend outdoor evenings, while the private grassy yard leads directly to the home’s private dock for easy lake access.

Deer and other wildlife frequently visit the area and may leave droppings in outdoor spaces between maintenance visits.
