'Very disappointed with the breakfast items offered. We often book Quality Inns as the breakfast offers things compatible with both our diets. There wasn’t much on the counter we could eat. I contacted the front desk as there wasn’t no milk, no yogurt, no eggs (hot chafing dish was out of order but they could have had hard boiled eggs), no fruit, no hot cereal options. 'The staff is the friendliest and most helpful for anything and everything you need. The breakfast is fantastic and well maintained by staff for the whole breakfast period. Every one of them appears to love their job and they like each other too. You can tell at a business when this isn't the case. They all get along! And the pool, and hot tub are great additions. Would stay there anytime I went to Wenatchee without a doubt.'

'They have no USB ports. All Carpet seams being held down with duct tape. Delaminating backing on the carpet and it’s like waves and ocean for trip hazards. And a complete maze to get to your room!!!!'

'This hotel was right at the beginning of the no car walkway. It said there were 2 restaurants but we didn’t find them. We were travelling with my 90 year old father and there wasn’t an elevator so trying to get suitcases up and down the stairs was a bit of a challenge. The check in person was a bit rude and just wanted to get us out as quickly as possible. Not sure if it was just an off day for her but both keys are gold and she said the gold one opened the outside door and the other one opened...

'This was my 3rd stay and we really enjoy our time as a family at the Enzian Inn. We watched a movie, swam in the pools, and roasted marshmallows at the fire pit. The beds are comfortable and the hotel is quiet. Great place to take families.'
