'This is a lovely 4 star hotel by western standards. Clean, comfortable and surrounded by great restaurants! I was injured when I visited recently and the staff went above and beyond to assist me. 'Very warm reception. Located a few minutes walk to the river where the casino boats are. Serves fantastic breakfast with a wide variety of choices. In-house restaurant was as good. Taxis available at the doorstep too.

'The stay was good though the price was high considering that the property is practically tucked away practically in the middle of nowhere. This was made up with the friendliness and the caring staff. I must commend the staff - front office, house keeping, restaurant and room service for great service and taking very good care of us.'

'They are part of Sterlig esorts chain and have very good ambience and well laid out landscaping around the swimming pool. They have some games and activities planned for evenings. However, there was not much partcipation from the guests and their families. They seemed to be understaffed, and seemed to be managed by trainees.Though staff was hard working and sincere. Restaurant was good with tasty food. However, it also seemed understaffed as serice was taking long. Overall good experience.'

The receptionists are very helpful in guiding the places where exactly we want to go and they also guide you the mode of transportation.
