Excellent accueil de la part de Patricia. Le descriptif hotel.com ne corresponds pas à la réalité. La salle de bains n'est pas privée comme mis dans la présentation. La cuisine est celle du propriétaire cela n'est pas clair sur le site.

Sehr schöne B&B Unterkunft in großzügigem Haus in schöner Umgebung. Die liebenswerte Gastgeberin ist unkompliziert und zuvorkommend. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

One of the nicest b&b I have stayed in.
Hotel was great. Rooms big and spotless. Patrizia made a great breakfast for us. Had a fanatastic time. Hotel is a gem.

Great villa for few parties with cars
It was amazing villa with free parking located in country side near lake Como, but also sufficiently close to Lugano and Milan. It has 3 rooms with shared bathroom. Owners are very friendly, breakfast is nice, there is a freedge for your own food. Better to take a train to Milan, the station is 10 min drive with free parking.

Patrizia was an awesome hostess. Room was great, place was clean, and the breakfast was delicious. I can't wait to come back.

This B&B is run by the owner herself, she keeps her place very clean and well organized. We felt like we were visiting a family member in Italy ;) The owner is very professional and very warm welcoming personality.

Personale accogliente e cordiale mi ha fatto sentire quasi una persona di famiglia. Da consigliare a tutti quelli che vogliono trascorrere qualche giorno in tranquillità.

Propre, calme et beau. Attention! Sur le site Hotel.com ils indiquaient chambre avec cuisinette mais il n'y en a aucune et aucun frigidaire non plus. Il n'y avait pas de salle de bain privée car on devait la partager avec les 2 autres chambres. En fait nous avons demandé à la proprio pour un frigidaire et elle nous a offert une tablette de son petit frigidaire. Le numéro de téléphone du B&B n'était plus bon non plus!!

Lovely B&B close to Como
Wonderful B&B, very clean, spacious room and host Patrizia is just gorgeous. A great breakfast in the morning. We really did like staying here, if we had longer it would have been a great place to explore from. It was just a 15 minute drive from Como which suited us. My only criticism is that as a non smoker the smoking in the house bothered me a bit.

Ich habe mich in der Villa Patriza sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war liebevoll eingerichtet, das Frühstück für italienische Verhältnisse sehr reichhaltig und ich kann mir durchaus vorstellen, hier länger zu bleiben.

20 minutes from Lake Como - Comfortable Quiet Home
We enjoyed The villa so much that we extended our stay to 4 days. Patrizia is a great host. The room was quiet and comfortable. Our room's window peeked into the countryside. Breakfast was delicious. Patrizia shared lots of ideas for sightseeing. She even invited us Saturday night dinner at her restaurant to party with locals. It was the food we've had in Italy so far.

La gentilissima sig.a Patrizia
B&B in una villetta in zona verde, i gestori sono persone molto cordiali. Ottima colazione. Inoltre hanno anche un ristorante in paese dove si può mangiare bene ad ottimo prezzo. Merita di ritornarci, anche per la posizione a due passi dal lago.

lovely bed and breakfast
It is a pleasant bed and breakfast in a private home, the room was large with a view on the garden, the surroundings are very quiet. The lady who own the venture is kind and gentle, the breakfast was enjoyable and rich enough. recommended for a romantic breakaway.
