'The room reaked of cigarette smoke, it was sketchy, dirty and the chair that was in the room looked like something out of a crack house. There was an old couch in the corridor. We didn't stay and are waiting for a full refund'

'The front desk staff was friendly and on top of any problem you have. The room wasn't clean, before I went to take a shower I grabbed a towel, it was damp and had pubic hair on it. Used tissues wedged between the bed and the nightstand, bedding was dirty and had hair that wasn't mine in it. The floor was sticky like it hadn't been washed in a while, pink stuff on ceiling. Housekeeping shouted at you in the hall while leaving the room to see if your checking out. Walls in the room were damaged.'

'The women were great the man EVERYTIME I went to pay and extend my room he told me a higher price than the woman told me just earlier. They helped with letting me extend for a couple weeks day by day so that was a blessing and even paying at the end of the night while our things remained in the room by day as I am a delivery driver so I could not keep everything in the car with us. The floor was never mopped even in new rooms, but there were no bugs just spiders. They do allow cats so be careful...

'Room clean, quiet, good bed. Only complaint : Air conditioning either blowing freezing air on bed, or when cycles off, the room gets too hot quickly. Great breakfasts! Convenient location.'

'We loved our stay here! The front desk staff was so helpful and friendly. Breakfast had lots of options and they had little gift bags for the kids during our stay. We don't have kids but it looked like they were enjoying the treats! The room was super clean and quiet. We would definitely stay here again!'

'Cleanliness: The room was not properly cleaned prior to arrival. There was visible dust on the surfaces, and the bathroom lacked basic sanitation. Maintenance & Noise: The room suffered from poor soundproofing, making it difficult to sleep. I expected a much higher standard for the price paid. I recommend the management review their housekeeping and staff training protocols. I will not be returning to this property.'

'I am shocked at how high of stars this hotel had when it is average at best. The hotel is a whole complex which was difficult to navigate and even find the hotel. It is on a beautiful property, but the beds feel like you’re laying on cheap plastic and the breakfast is disappointing. (No waffle maker, which is always what I’m looking for at hotel breakfast). Overall it was a fine overnight but certainly does not deserve the excellent rating listed. Okay at best'
