The apartment is located on the second floor of Corte Antica – a traditional courtyard house with three apartments, accessible via an external staircase. The spaces are well-organized, making it ideal for couples, families, or small groups:
Living Area: A spacious living room with a fireplace and a sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors.
Kitchen and Dining Area: A fully equipped kitchen with cookware, utensils, refrigerator, oven, and stovetop. The dining area is cozy and ideal for enjoying meals together.
Bedroom: A spacious room with a double bed, perfect for couples.
Bathroom: Equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, and bidet, with towels and basic products provided.
Outdoor Terrace: A private area with a table and chairs, perfect for outdoor breakfasts or moments of relaxation.
Access and Shared Spaces
Guests have exclusive access to the apartment and the terrace. The terrace may be passed through by guests of the apartment above to access their accommodation.

How to Get There
Public Transport:
The D35 bus line connects Cassina to Lecco. The bus runs approximately once an hour, with the last departure around 7:00 PM.
By Car:
Cassina is easily reachable in 20 minutes from Lecco and in 1 to 1.5 hours from Milan.
Two parking spaces are available in the shared courtyard, but advance reservation is required.
Access to the parking area can be tricky due to the narrow streets in the historic center.
Alternatively, there is a large free parking area nearby, just a few minutes' walk from the apartment.
