'Lovely Abruzzo location overlooking Bomba. The room is private and quiet and a nice self-service kitchen. The hosts are very responsive and friendly. The features are basic but in very good condition and clean. Navigation should be during daylight and from Bomba and Zingaro. Pennadomo is a longer drive and road conditions variable. 'My husband and I spent five wonderful days at Il Giardino del Rio and enjoyed every moment. The room was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect for short walks through Castel di Sangro, or for drives through the gorgeous Parco Nazionale d’Abruzzo and its scenic towns. The best thing about the inn, however? Proprietors Davide and Enzo, and Adnan. Each one made us feel like family. We already miss them!'

'Hotel curato con gusto dai gestori che con garbo e professionalità seguono il soggiorno dei propri ospiti rendendo il clima discreto ma familiare al tempo stesso. Lo consiglio sia a coppie sia a famiglie con bambini. La distanza con il centro di castel di sangro è minima anche se comunque è da coprire necessariamente con l'auto. lo consiglio vivamente comunque. Spero di ritornarci presto.'

'Abbiamo soggiornato in questo albergo dal 25 al 27 gennaio e ci siamo trovati benissimo. "Wat een prachtige overnachtingsplek bij heel fijne mensen. Pete en Jools ontvingen ons hartelijk, we voelden ons heel welkom. Ze waren steeds bereikbaar voor suggesties en advies, maar respecteerden zeker ook onze privacy. Dankzij hun hulp was een probleem met onze auto snel verholpen! Zo'n vriendelijke en behulpzame mensen, bij wie we graag terugkeren. Dit verblijf biedt al het nodige comfort en het uitzicht, zowel vanaf het terras als van bij het zwembad, is fantastisch. Hier geniet je ten volle van rust en ontspanning, maar ook van heel wat mogelijkheden om erop uit te trekken. Superschattige honden en katten :) Kortom een zeer aangenaam verblijf in een prachtig landschap, een aanrader! "
