Enjoy this quiet One-room vacation apartment with terrace, long-distance view and kitchen surrounded by pure nature, halfway up Monte Generoso, 1070 meters above sea level. From here you can experience beautiful hikes and bike tours in the mountain landscape with various panoramic views and idyllic beech forests of Monte Generoso.

Access by car:
The accommodation can be reached by car from Mendrisio in 30 minutes (13 km) via a narrow, winding, concreted mountain road and the last 100 meter of natural road. Please note that the mountain road is partly single-lane. At these points it may be difficult to cross the oncoming traffic. It may be necessary to reverse to the next passing place at such times.

Access by public transport: There is a funicular from “Capolago-Riva San Vitale” to the top of the mountain. To get to our accommodation, get off at the “Bellavista” stop. From here it is a one-hour walk to our house “Casa Monika Monte Generoso”. If you wish, we can pick you up near the train station. A 15-minute walk through the forest is required to reach the meeting point.

- Parking space on the property
- Access to the seating area in the garden possible
