Hi Louise, thanks for your opinion, it helps a lot to improve in the future. Regarding the air conditioning it is explained in the listing that it is only in the first floor rooms. This is because the first floor is the hottest one and in normal conditions the street floor and downstaisrs floor have good temperature. It is true that this year, specially in your stay week, has been the hottest one in the history!! Maybe it is not a fault of the house but an exceptionality of weather. Any case, we will explore the option to equip the house with A/C in all rooms...obviously, if it happends, the rental price will increase a little beat for sure...It's a dilemma.

Querido huesped, muchas gracias por su comentario y por compartir con el resto de usuarios su satisfaccion con la buena ubicación de la casa y nuestra buena atención. Sobre su observación de las escaleras, efectivamente, una casa con parking, 4 habitaciones, salon, cocina 2 baños y dos terrazas en distintos niveles, dificilmente puede evitar una escalera que comunique todos los espacios. No obstante, en nuestro anuncio intentamos ser fieles a esta realidad y explicarlo todo para que nadie tenga sorpresas. De la misma forma se indica que las 4 habitaciones dan cobertura para 8 huespedes en cama, y que en caso de ser 10 se tendrá que utilizar el sofa cama. En todo caso, estamos contentos de que haya quedado satisfecho con su estancia. Esperamos poder verles de nuevo en el futuro. Gracies.
