We could not give you another room, because we were full and I remind you that you made a last-minute booking. 2. I personally checked your room just 10 minutes before your arrival and there weren't cockroaches, obviusly, if you open the window for a long time it is really probable that some insects can enter in the room, our hotel is in the open countryside. 3. The third thing you wrote is not true, because we found the bed after your check-out completely normal and you have not communicate us anything about that situation. 4. Before your Check-out you asked me if it was possible HAVE THE ROOM ANOTHER ONE NIGHT, moreover, during the check-out I asked you if your stay was comfortable, and you said me that apart from the bad smell of the day before, it wasn't a bad experience.
