Villa delle Pigne Grande is a characteristic and welcoming three-story ancient house made of stone. It sleeps 28 people. From Villa delle Pigne Grande you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. Villa delle Pigne Grande is 550 square meters (5920 square feet). It features two private terraces, private patios, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1.5 km (one mile) from the center of Santa Maria di Castellabate, where you will find restaurants, shops and the beach. You will find the closest restaurant at 1.3 km (roughly 1400 yards), a grocery store and the bus stop at 1 km (roughly 0.6 miles) and the closest beach (Lago Beach) at 1.8 km (roughly 1.1 miles). You will reach Villa delle Pigne Grande from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa delle Pigne Grande you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate.
The villa is a 19th century stone farmhouse made up of two communicating buildings, and divided into 7 apartments. First, Second and Third apartments are located in the main building, while Fourth, Fifth, Sixth and Seventh apartments are located in the second building. Nestled in the countryside, with views of the hills on one side and of the sea at a distance on the other, the location is ideal for enjoying a peaceful and quiet stay.
Garden
The garden is 2000 square meters (21500 square feet). From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside.

Dining Room
You will be able to enter the dining room from the living room through a cased opening. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The seven dining tables can accommodate 30 guests. From the dining room you will be able to enter the first patio and the garden through three French doors. The room also has a small high window, and is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the dining room. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The kitchen has no windows.
