Villa Desideria is situated just 400 meters from Cala Mazzo di Sciacca, a pristine white pebble beach renowned for its crystal-clear waters. Within walking distance of the villa, you'll find a charming 16th-century village with local restaurants and quaint shops. Additional attractions are easily accessible, including La Tonnara, a location featured in several films, and San Vito lo Capo, famous for its stunning white sandy beach.

The villa's inviting interior is thoughtfully designed to meet every vacation need. The equipped kitchen includes a small wine cellar stocked with Sicilian wines. From the living room, guests can take in stunning views of the Sicilian coastline.

The sleeping area includes a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a dresser and a second bedroom with twin beds and a spacious wardrobe.
A bathroom with a shower is conveniently accessible from the living room. Additionally, a ladder leads from the living room to a cozy attic space, which is furnished with a French-size bed (140cm*190cm).

The villa's terrace offers a remarkable panorama, while the shaded veranda provides a spacious and inviting setting with a large dining table for enjoyable outdoor meals and two sofas.

At the back of the villa, a second veranda is equipped with a barbecue for delightful al fresco cooking. The private swimming pool (6 x 3 meters, 1.40 meters deep; open from March 1st to November 30th) set amidst a lush Mediterranean garden, is elevated above the villa, offering a spectacular view of the sea.
