een absolute aanrader voor met de wagen de Sorento regio en Pompeii wenst te bezoeken. mooie kraaknette ruime kamer - parkeerplaatsen op de betaalparking naast het hotel in de kamerprijs - uitstekend restaurant met beperkte kaart - uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel - uitstekend Italiaans ontbijt en op vraag aangevuld met continentale toets

Lovely hotel with great customer service
We stayed 6 nights in this lovely hotel. The location of the hotel was next to the beach where a good restaurant was located as well. The hotel had great customer service. The only downside was that it was difficult to sleep because of the noise coming from outside (busy road next door), and the buses go quite rarely, so a car could be a good option.

Es el mejor hotel en el que me he hospedado, el personal es muy amable y servicial. La Suite es muy bonita y cómoda. Los desayunos y cenas que manejan son deliciosos. Estoy muy feliz con este hotel y si regreso a Italia definitivamente tengo que regresar a La Fornace

Stay was amazing. The suite is so unique and we are glad we rebooked the hotel after canceling in 2020 due to Covid. Not a lot of good choices in the area. We had a car so that wasn’t a problem for us. Restaurant on-site was very good just not where I would choose to eat every night. Breakfast was included and excellent.

Buongiorno e grazie per la sua recensione , la spiaggia non è inclusa nella camera per dare al cliente la possibilità di scegliere dove andare .La spiaggia come la SPA e il Ristorante sono da noi servizi extra ma come scritto in prenotazione è inclusa solo la colazione e il parcheggio . Spero che il suo soggiorno sia stato comunque di suo gradimento . Saluti da tutto lo Staff

Everything was perfect in this hotel, the room is new, clean and well decorated. The restaurant is amazing one of the best in our trip to Sorrento region. We love it!

It's OK, not great
I really wanted to like this place more. But it is let down by a few things. Firstly, the good ... our room was a junior suite and was a good size with a new and clean bathroom and plenty of space. The whole property is very small, only 6 rooms, but very nicely decorated and very clean throughout. But things to know before you book ... the location is not great. It is on a main road, the parking is a few hundred metres down the road, there is a beach opposite, over the main road which is nice with pebbles instead of sand and a couple of restaurants to eat at. You need a car to stay here. It is close to Pompeii and Vesuvius but an hour from Sorrento and longer to Positano. None of the staff speak English and the main lady has a rather brusque manner which can be off putting. We asked for extra towels but were told that as they had been changed that morning, we weren't allowed more. We ate dinner one night in the restaurant, which is in a very small brick converted furnace and it was one of the worst meals we've ever had. We were the only customers that night and were told that the sea bass that we wanted was finished, which we couldn't understand. As this was the only vegetarian option, we ended up with some whole fish fried which was inedible. It's not a 'bad' hotel, it just feels as though it's not run very well and it could be better.

Vorremmo davvero piacere a tutti!!! Gentile Ospite, come ben sà, il nostro staff parla inglese viste le conversazioni e le richieste avute durante il suo soggiorno. Il cambio asciugamani non le è stato negato ma ,viene fatto la mattina e non 2 volte al giorno soprattutto non alle 20:00 di sera prima di uscire . Noi non abbiamo un menù "turistico" , usando prodotti freschi capita che qualcosa finisca questo penso possa essere solo indice di buona qualità. Il pesce "immangiabile" a NAPOLI si chiama FRITTURA DI PARANZA , composta da pesci con le spine , di dimensioni diverse ,fritti ,da mangiare "avvolte" anche con le mani ,come le è stato spiegato al tavolo .La CORDIALITA' la GENTILEZZA e la QUALITA' è quello che ci contraddistingue, ciò che fà sentire a CASA i nostri OSPITI. Ci dispiace che la nostra gestione non le sia piaciuta, ma siamo sicuri di riuscire a migliorarci giorno dopo giorno .P.S. il parcheggio è a 4 secondi a piedi dalla struttura ,Sorrento da navigatore è a 20 minuti in auto . My husband and I were here and stayed in the suite room for unfortunately only one night. We LOVED everything about this place and wished we had way more time to spend there. The room is so magical and gorgeous and it’s honestly just a one of a kind experience that you must treat yourself to. The staff was beyond lovely and helpful in every way and made us feel so welcomed. We also had a delicious dinner there (they even accompanied my special dietary needs and let us have our dinner on our rooms’s private balcony) and an absolutely wonderful and relaxing massage in their gorgeous spa. We just can’t recommend this place enough! Thanks for such a perfect experience! ♥️

I visited in Italy from north to south staying in 4 different hotels for 12days but this property was best among all. All staffs were very kind and professional though they opened the property just recently. Sparkling clean property with modern and cozy interior. Great location - quiet environment, private beach access. Highly recommend if you are planing to visit Sorrento and Positano.
