Het is een geweldig hotel en de tuin een sprookje.
Ik ga hier zeker nog een keer naar toe. Het hotel ligt vlakbij Pompei en de mensen die in het hotel werken, zijn geweldig. Allemaal doen zij hun best om het naar je zin te maken. Echt ongelofelijk.

Prachtige locatie/tuin en zeer mooi zwembad. Zeer vriendelijke bediening en goede service. De badkamer is iets verouderd. Het eten in het restaurant is geen topper. Zeer mooie streek maar nabije omgeving van hotel is niet mooi. Wel goede ontsluiting via de weg. Ideale locatie als uitvalbasis met de wagen. Hotel is aangename oase om tot rust te komen.

5 sterren service met uitzicht op de Vesuvius
Zeer mooi hotel met een mooi uitzicht op de Vesuvius. Wordt vaak gebruikt voor huwelijken en grote feesten, ook tijdens ons verblijf. De hotel manager heette ons persoonlijk welkom en regelde dat we tijdens onze 4 daagse reis naar Capri onze auto konden laten staan bij het hotel. Erg mooie tuin met fruit bomen en mooi zwembad. Diner op hotel terras met erg leuke bediening, die ons bij naam kende. Het hotel ligt in een achterwijk van Castallammare waar verder niets te beleven valt behalve een kleine Romeinse villa op 200m afstand. Vanwege de goede service komen we zeker nog een keer terug. Je hebt een vrij grote kans dat er een huwelijksfeest is al je boekt, maar wij hadden hier niet veel last van omdat het feest in een aparte feestzaal plaats vond.

Elegant hotel
Na een dag voelden we ons al thuis. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, Maria en Antonio in de eetzaal in het bijzonder. Schitterende,grote tuin, met smaak ingericht met zitplaatsen overal onder de citroen- en sinaasappelbomen(dit zelfs aan 1 boom!) Leuk zwembad met interne jacuzzi.Veel trouwerijen in de tuin 's avonds, stoorde ons niet.

The hotel was wonderful, the grounds and inside beautiful all facilities were superb. Breakfast was lovely with loads of choice and all waiters really took care and looked after us. Rooms were lovely and room service excellent. All the staff made us feel welcome and were amazing at giving us advice and help especially as we had several problems with lost luggage and a car problem did everything they possibly could to help us. Nothing Wes too much bother. We loved our stay and will go back and would highly recommend to stay here. The hotel and staff our amazing and welcoming. Thank you for making it such a lovely stay.

A beautiful hotel set in lovely grounds with breath taking views Food on site was fantastic and the staff could t have been more helpful and attentive. Our waiter Vincenzo and Stephan, the pool attendant were very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The reception desk arranged the free shuttle for us on a number of occasions and when it wasn’t available arrange us cabs. This was all easily organised through whats app. We couldn’t fault the hotel and would definitely return but it is a shame that the local area doesn’t have more around. It is an ideal hotel to spend a few days relaxing or maybe as a base if you hire your own car. There are limited places to eat if you want to go outside I would definitely

Nous venons de passer une semaine dans ce magnifique établissement. Le bâtiment de l'hôtel est beau et entouré d'un jardin magnifique et luxuriant avec une belle piscine. La taille de la chambre est suffisante surtout qu'elle possède un balcon avec vue sur le Vésuve et la mer. Féérique! Le ménage est bien sûr quotidien avec une chambre refaite parfaitement. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et très varié. Par ailleurs, on vous propose des "préparations" en plus (œufs brouillés, pancakes...). Enfin, le personnel est au petit soin, à l'écoute et d'excellents conseils. En un mot, ADORABLE! Le tout avec beaucoup de classe mais sans être guindé. C'est LE point fort de l'hôtel! Bref, peut-être puis-je paraitre dithyrambique mais l'hôtel a grandement participé au plaisir de ce séjour. Merci encore!

The hotel was very beautiful and the staff were excellent. Very clean hotel with a nice room. The only thing that I would have liked to seen would be a more of a complete breakfast. The breakfast was very limited but the staff did their best to make up for it. Otherwise I would recommend this hotel.

The food, service, staff and amenities are excellent. It is a beautiful oasis so travel from here can be pricey - so either hire a car for touring or make some of the journey from the local train station to which there is a courtesy shuttle.

The property was amazing. This boutique hidden gem was a five star property. The spa was a welcome day of r and r. with amazing offerings. The breakfast buffet was overlooking a beautiful view and delicious. The lunch and dinner options were delicious and worth relaxing in the beautiful gardens. The rooms were beautiful. For us it was a good location. A van ride to the train to visit all the sites ..sorrento, amalfi, Pompeii. We stopped in different villages off the “tourist track” and loved all the small local places we visited. But the highlight of this hotel was the staff. This staff was amazing lead by Sara. They could not be any more helpful. In a time of so so customer service, I was beyond impressed with the maid service, restaurant staff, front desk, spa everyone. Please note, might be a little of the beaten track but we felt 100% worth it. My only suggestion would be for the hotel to offer day trips to some of the sites guests might want to visit.

The property is absolutely gorgeous, with an excellent staff- we never left once checking in. The hotel features beautiful gardens with lots of comfortable seating, an outdoor restaurant, bar, pool, and spa. We enjoyed multiple services at the spa, lounged by the large and extremely clean pool, and really felt like we had a first class experience.

We expected more for a 4 star hotel. The hotel grounds and garden is stunning. However the pool and spa was disappointing as access to the spa was an additional cost of 45 euros. The steam room was out of service and being repaired during my treatment. The pool area was unclean, unstaffed and parasol was broken. Breakfast options was limited and repetitive. We expected more for a 4 star hotel and was incredibly underwhelmed.

This hotel is amazing in every way (and please trust me on this - I am quite a tough critic…). I booked this hotel based on the great reviews I read online and they were right on. I will start with the location- it’s a bit away from the center of the town which is actually a good thing because it is quiet and serene and has the feel of a country villa. The location is also perfect for touring the entire Amalfi coast, including Naples and Pompei. The hotel and its grounds are is beautiful - it has a gorgeous huge garden where you can just find a corner to relax and enjoy the scenery (there is a bar there as well). The pool is really nice too - better than you would find in many 5 star hotels. Breakfast is great - you can get a really good cappuccino and fresh squeezed orange juice and the pastries are to die for (don’t skip the lemon Caprese cake). One of the highlights is the hotel restaurant - the food is amazing and the ambiance on the terrace is divine. To top it all off, the thing that truly sets this hotel apart is the service - it is truly remarkable. Everyone is super friendly and helpful in every possible way. Special call outs go Domenico at reception and to Gennaro and Mariano at the restaurant who made my stay so much more special. In short - this place is a must if you are visiting Southern Italy - don’t miss out!

This property was absolutely wonderful, the staff were very helpful and friendly. They assisted with taxi services and train schedules. The restaurant was excellent, and their staff were very attentive! The pool is delightful! The only downside to staying in this location was the cost of transportation to Sorento and Amalfi coasts. However we knew this prior to booking . I would highly recommend this property!!

Amazing hotel, should be 5*!
We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel and would happily go back time and time again. We honestly couldn't find a thing to fault - the staff were so accommodating and willing to help with any enquiry, the pool was big and spacious even when busy with lots of guests, the food was delicious and had plenty of variety, and we also booked a couples massage for while we were there and it was amazing. Our tips if staying at this hotel - 1. you absolutely need a car, while it's close to Castellamare di Stabia train station, you still wouldn't want to walk as its quite far and doesn't have sidewalks to safely walk down. If you have a car, you can also do so many day trips - we did Pompeii, climbed Vesuvius, Positano, Sorrento and a boat trip to Capri - all fantastic. Secondly, another tip if you are into food - book the restaurant Piazetta Milu in advance. It is a Michelin star restaurant an 8 minute drive from the hotel and it was absolutely insane - highly highly recommend!

Beaufitul hotel with wonderful staff
We stayed here for a celebration and are very happy with our choice. The service is top notch, as is the garden, the pool area and the lovely breakfast on the roof terrace. We had some issues with staff entering the room without knocking a couple of times and the waterflow in the bathroom was very poor most of the times. Many rooms lack a balcony or terrace which is a shame, but we knew this when we made the reservation. What sticks out is the wonderful service from the restaurant, bar and pool staff who really made us feel special. Recommended!
