The house is designed for group living, offering practical and economical solutions for all your companions. It has a very spacious living room where you can all gather, share meals, or relax after a day of activities.

The resting area is optimized to the maximum: we have 5 high-capacity rooms (two doubles ideal for those seeking more privacy and three rooms with 4 bunk beds) and 3 full bathrooms to ensure fluidity and comfort in the mornings. In addition, one of our biggest advantages is that we offer plenty of space to safely park multiple vehicles within the estate.

The entire house is private, and you will have exclusive use and enjoyment of the land. Being on a fenced 2-hectare estate, you will enjoy total privacy and disconnection. There is a structural pool set up during the warm season for your exclusive use, in addition to a large free parking area within the property for all your vehicles. There is a small house where the owner sometimes stays.

We love to welcome groups who come to celebrate, have a good time, and disconnect. However, we appeal to your more civic side: we ask you to treat the house and its surroundings with respect. In case of damage caused by misuse or if the property requires extreme cleaning after your departure, additional costs will apply. Help us keep the magic of the estate intact

- Smoking prohibited inside the property.
- Pets: not allowed.
- Safety and care: Do not modify facilities, keep keys, lock doors when leaving.
- Arrive and leave the property in good condition: report damages and contact the host with any problems.
- Tourist taxes are paid separately at check-in: €1.78/night per person.
