This charming apartment occupies half of a farmhouse that has been completely renovated. Situated in a scenic location, just off the road <br> that connects Castellina in Chianti with Poggibonsi, near the hamlet of Cispiano, it is surrounded by woods and well-maintained fields. The apartment has its own private parking, completely separate gardens, and furnished areas with a barbecue. There is a shared 6 x 12-meter swimming pool where our guests have their own private sun deck. The house is very comfortable, featuring three bedrooms on the first floor and three bathrooms—two of which are full bathrooms on the first floor and one half-bath on the first floor. The master bedroom features a canopy bed; from the window, you can enjoy views of the pool, the Chianti hills, and the mountains. The second bedroom on the first floor has a double bed, which can be converted into two single beds. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed and a small terrace overlooking the garden. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans.
