Our apartment is compact and modern, equipped with newly installed PVC double glazing, air conditioning and hot air heating for your comfort all year round.

It has the capacity to accommodate 2 to 4 people, ideal for a getaway as a couple or with friends.

We offer free WiFi to stay connected during your stay.

Private parking space, providing a safe and convenient place for your vehicle during your stay.

Please note that sheets and towels have an additional cost and are not included in the reservation price.You can bring them from home or with a supplement of €15 bed and €10 towels per person.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and built-in cupboards, as well as cutlery, crockery and kitchen utensils for 4 people.

The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, built-in wardrobe, bedside tables with lamps and a mirror, along with a radiator for your comfort.

In the living room, you will find a comfortable chaise longue/sofa bed, dining table with 4 chairs, buffet and satellite TV. Additionally, a glass door opens onto the balcony, which offers lovely views over the mall's trees.

The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub with shower fittings, toilet, sink and vanity unit with mirrors, as well as a towel rack. We also provide a washing machine, iron and ironing board for your convenience.
