Positief: Netheid, personeel en service en voorzieningen
Upon arrival we discovered that the room we had been given was wheelchair accessible. The problem was that our bathroom floor became completely wet when we showered and there was no cabinet or shelving to store any of our soaps shampoos etc. We also had rented the room because of the washer but there was no drying rack or place to hang clothes to dry or hair dryer. I did contact the office the next morning and asked for those things as well as additional towels which they delivered everything very quickly. They did offer to give us a different room which we declined since we had already unpacked and settled in. The additional towels helped us come up w a solution to deal w the bathroom situation so we didn't want to waste time moving.
We also discovered that our coffee maker would not work during the stay and they did bring us another.
Overall, even w those inconveniences the staff was very helpful and responsive.
The location was perfect for us while we visited our daughter.
