'Mariella places extreme pride in her properties. She delights in ensuring her customers are contented and able to truly enjoy time both in her apartments and Palermo. She made us feel at home.'

'Erg behulpzaam personeel, uitstekend ontbijt en erg flexibel'

'this is the nicest hotel i have ever stayed at. the interiors and materials are beautiful. the staff was very nice and super helpful. I would visit Palermo again just stay at this hotel again.'

'Clean room and excellent staff'

'Ruime mooie rustige kamer.

'A great place to stay. Quality and cleanliness were excellent. The host was pleasant and gracious, she spent the time to explain everything. Very convenient to the train station and walkable to Old Town tourist attractions'

'Unfortunately the room I booked was overbooked but they were kind enough to find me a larger room at another property for the same price. Overall a very positive experience as I needed a spot for my sick mother to stay before we flew late that night.'

'Very close to the main attractions. I wanted to be next to the University of Palermo and it was a 2 minute walk. Also right next door to a supermarket with the most amazing pistachio cornettis. If you want a sit down dining experience you can go around the corner for pasta la sarde, swordfish or gelato. Also, a famous focacceria is not too far away.'

'Very clean and complete room, breakfast was very nice, and the woman that ran the accommodation was very communicative and friendly. There isn’t service around all the time, which for me is no problem at all as I like to be out most of the time anyway. If someone is looking for 24/7 service availability this might not be the ideal place.'
