'This hotel states that it has a lift. However, this turns out on arrival to be a stair lift leading down to the rooms. Parking was also a problem, as it had to be done in a very busy street, where getting out backwards was not something one wants to repeat. There was no breakfast; we were escorted to a bar close by and were give there a cornetto and a capuccino 'on the house'. The personnel of the hotel was very kind, but that did not offset the rest of the experience.'

'The hotel and it's property are beautiful, the pictures online are accurate. Stayed for 6 nights just to relax by the pool. The owner Monika and her son Marco are great hosts, very helpful in booking dinners or whatever you need. Breakfast was very nice, several options and everything made fresh. Lots of dinner options around the area. Monika recommended we rent a car as it really is needed. Downtown Bracciano is quite busy, and we found it difficult to find parking at dinner time,...

'Beautiful property and very well kept. The food at the bistro was delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. This property is about a mile from the downtown of Bracciano. We did not have a car and the taxi service was unreliable. We walked into the town and there were not sidewalks on part of the walk which made it a bit dangerous. We would come back to this property. The pool was lovely and it was very relaxing.'
