Loris was waiting for my husband and I when we arrived from our cruise to escort us upstairs and insisted that he handle all of our luggage. "We stayed 2 days in the room nr 30. The receptionist refused to give us an expedia VIP upgrade, even there were still rooms available for booking. The room we got was next to a room used for washing and storage of dishes and pans The restaurant was open for breakfast only, still the staff didn’t care to do their duties between 22.00 and 24.00 at night. We called the reception to complain about the situation and requested a different room but our request was rejected and problem not resolved. When we talked to the kitchen staff, we’ve got a very rude response that we can call the police if we want because they will continue as long as they want.
In the bathroom we had only hand shower, the other part was broken.
