Spighia App 1: House near the sea and the village center with a view of the countryside

Although the house is in town—and just 700 meters from the central square—it’s in a very quiet location overlooking my farmland, where I produce excellent organic olive oil. I recently renovated the living area, and every year I make some improvements to enhance the experience and ensure our guests’ comfort. The house is located in the area named after the Nuraghe Spighia, which is about 350 meters away. When you vacation in my apartment, you can enjoy both the beautiful beaches of the town and the nearby hamlet of Lu Bagnu, as well as other stunning destinations in northern Sardinia. Castelsardo is centrally located near all the most beautiful beaches; it also offers a magical and romantic atmosphere with its well-preserved historic center, panoramic bars, and numerous restaurants where you can savor the delights of the sea. At its marina, you can rent boats of various sizes; notably, the Bullisurfclub offers professional and recreational surf lessons, SUP and kayak rentals, and both daytime and nighttime kayak excursions to explore Castelsardo and its coastline from the sea. On the terrace, you can grill on the provided barbecue; the tranquility of the location is ideal for relaxing and enjoying your vacation. At night, from the terrace or the windows, you can admire the starry sky.
