'Nice hotel, conveniently situated close to shopping centre and in a safe modern neighbourhood. Room is large enough and a nice spacious bathroom with a nice shower. Breakfast is OK, not special but adequate. Staff in general is friendly. Only security staff less helpful and less friendly than in other hotels in Colombia we have visited. For example the security guard saw us struggle to get through the revolving doors with our suitcase and he never offered any assistance. Just stood there...

'This place was amazing and the pictures don’t do it justice. I will definitely stay again. It’s two blocks from Buenavista Mall and is walkable and safe. There’s also a nice little coffee shop on the first floor. '

'The rooms are clean and have everything you need. Also the cleaning staff is very helpful and friendly. So the rooms are basicly perfect. The staff at reception had trouble speaking English and therfore provided me not much help when I asked. I had to put in a lot of effort to get what I needed. Didn't feel service oriented (but I also dont think normally a lot of English speaking guests are present). Overall they had all the facilities of a good hotel, a breakfast buffet and restaurant, laundry...

'Nice hotel, good price x value for money, good beds, clean and extremely friendly personal. During my stay I got sick, proberly food poisening, not from food from the hotel. The staff of the hotel treated my like I was home. Got me a doctor, picked up the medicine at the pharmacy, changed my appointments and checked my wellbeing all day. Since I am traveling alone, not speaking spanish, getting sick is one of the worst things that can happen but the personal helped with everything. For me this...
