'This place is just like the pictures. Very clean and in a beautiful neighborhood. The view is fantastic! The linens are hotel-like and the kitchen is very nicely stocked. We stayed two nights and walked around the lake, made for a great stay. Definitely recommend. '

'We had a fantastic stay at The Chapel. It was just the fun, different kind of place we were looking for. Pat and Christine were great hosts. We really appreciated their suggestions of hikes and places to visit. We actually had our trip planned out before, but changed it due to their suggestions. We had NO regrets. The bed was super comfy and we loved the s'more makings. '

'Property was very clean and nicely decorated. There isn’t really a living room to hang out. Very difficult for 3 adults to all hang out together. When I booked I was more concerned about the sleeping area so I assumed there was a living room. The guest suite is in the basement of home in a nice neighborhood.'

'The property is lovely and very new. It's so new that a few basics were missing (all no big deal but would be helpful), such as more towel hooks/bars in the bathrooms and facial tissue and shampoo in each bathroom. Area rugs would help both bare feet and acoustics. All small stuff; overall, it's a stunning, super-clean place in the perfect location for our time at the CIA in Hyde Park. John (owner) was kind and patient with requests and questions. '

'My family and I had a lovely stay at this property. The home and yard are beautiful, everything was clean and well appointed. We had an issue with the hot tub when we arrived and Ben called to walk us through the process of getting it back on, and sent a technician out to ensure everything was running properly. Check in and out was very easy. Would recommend a stay here! '

'The host was very accommodating. Check in and check out process was very smooth. The home is beautiful, cozy and filled with many household items and games! The rooms were comfortable and spacious! Love the outdoor set up in the back and the front! We will certainly be visiting again and there is no other place we would want to stay! '

'Celebrated my son’s HS graduation with my father-in-law along for the adventure, Joe’s townhouse is super convenient to Thayer Gate and eating establishments along Main St. Grill worked well and the beds made for sound slumber. For mixed company an extra half bath might be desired, but 3 guys who know each other well managed just fine. The basement washer & dryer are top of line.'

'The proximity to Westpoint was great. Trashy neighborhood. Very loud construction early in the morning. The cooking supplies were limited and one of the handles on the pans fell off while we were there. It was okay, but probably wouldn't return.'

'Very easy checkin, great communication from owner. Bring your own travel soap shampoo etc. Store was right down the road for these things so not a big deal. Would rent again in a heartbeat.'
